Cogan Higgins is The Senseless Sensei, simply a man living in Oklahoma, who has nothing better to do than compose advice. This advice may not be the most effective or sound advice, but none-the-less it is yours to enjoy. In fact, I should place a disclaimer that The Sensei is not held responsible for actually following his advice.
